Abstract:
Introduction: Regular physical activity can achieve parallel or greater effects on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) than those achieved with drugs. (Fiuza-Luces et al 2013). The healthcare setting has been recognized as an appropriate and promising venue for prescribing physical activity (Jacobson et al; 2005).
