Abstract:
Exercise is a systematic process of practicing or working repeatedly, the more days, the exercise gained step by step. The technique of agility and speed is an exercise technique used by athletes of all types of sports. Indeed, to develop agility and speed it is necessary practice the front cone hops and zig-zag hops.
