The education system is facing changes. Technical and vocational education is also facing changes called vocational education transformation. Implementation of changes can cause a variety of implications among educators in technical and vocational education. Organizational commitment is one of the work situations that play an important role in the organization. Therefore, this study aims to identify the perceptions of educators on organizational commitment in technical and vocational education. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods known explanatory mixed method design. A total of 359 samples involved for the quantitative method.
