Abstract: Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) thin films prepared using sintering method have been investigated . The response of light illumination on the photocurrent is measured and analyzed. The effect of deposition time of powdered samples on the photoconduction process in the films is reported and discussed. Mention the abstract for the article.
