Abstract:
The phenomenon of the increasing rate of construction failures in Indonesia on projects carried out by highly qualified contractors is very detrimental in terms of physical, material, and the level of confidence in the quality of the work. Based on previous research, the dominant factor affecting construction failure is the application of quality culture within the organization. This study aims to determine a strategy based on a gap analysis of the existing conditions of quality culture by using the Quality Maturity Model approach to reduce the failure rate of construction in Indonesia.
