Abstract: Background: Xerosis cutis (dry skin) is a common condition experienced by millions of people, influenced by exogenous and endogeneous factors. Excessive bathing as an exogenous factor can cause dry skin. Endogenous factors such as chronic diseases and the use of certain medications can also affect skin moisture. Nephrotic syndrome (SN) is a common kidney disease in children and is characterized by the presence of protein that is released from the blood vessels and into the urine due to glomerular damage.
