Abstract:
The concept of multiculturalism and diversity in organizations continues to draw management and public attentions due to the constantly changing global business atmosphere especially for multinational corporations (MNCs). Diversity and multiculturalism are most times interwoven terms that calls for an organizational culture that allows all members to pursue their objectives’ without being hindered by factors such as age, gender, race, religion, nationality or other potentials that do not contribute to performance.
