Abstract:
The study was designed to investigate the effects of principals’ leadership styles on teachers’ job satisfaction. The design of the study was descriptive survey design. For the data collection, only the primary data collection technique was used by the researcher. Questionnaire was given to selected sample in order to get needed data.
