Abstract:
The study endeavored to assess the prevalence of transformational school leadership styles in selected Catholic schools in Central Province in Zambia.. This study is based on the Bass’s (1984) transformational leadership theory, and employed a quantitative approach by using nonexperimental-descriptive design.
