Abstract:
Although the federal system of government has brough the structure close to the people of Akobo County, the system is not flexible enough to accommodate the needs of the community in terms of livelihoods especially in agriculture. Livelihoods serve as the backbone for communities, particularly in Akobo County, South Sudan, where a diverse populace relies on a range of economic activities for survival.
