Abstract:
Physical inactivity is a major risk factor for developing cardiovascular disorders (CVDs), leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. University students are more vulnerable to be physically inactive due to various reasons, such as lack of time for physical activity, academic pressure, inadequate facilities, issues with academic calendar, lack of motivation, and lack of awareness of physical activity.
