Abstract:
Human activities have become more complex and rush in today’s world. Therefore, human activities and organizational activities are changing too much faster. As the result of that the word “stress” has become a frequently used word in today. Occupational stress is one of the most common topics which is taken in to consideration when discussing about any organizational context. Hospitality industry is continually challenged in coping with stress due to the nature of the industry. According to many evidences, occupational stress has a significant occurrence in Sri Lankan hotel sector which is covered a major area of hospitality industry.
