Abstract:
The study examines organizational alignment and vocational-based rehabilitation of inmates in Edo Central senatorial District, Nigeria. It specifically examines the effects of strategic, structural and process alignment on vocational based rehabilitation of inmates. The study was guided by three research questions. A descriptive survey research design was adopted in the study. The population of the study comprised the 48 officers of Ubiaja Correctional Service in Edo State, Nigeria. The entire population of the study was used since it is a manageable size. Data was collected with a structured questionnaire designed by the researcher.
