Abstract:
Kenyan state-owned corporations have recorded poor performance that is linked to bad management practices. These practices have created gaps that allow for corruption, nepotism and mismanagement and poor quality of services and products given to the public. The study was enriched by the institutional theory and employed descriptive research design. 238 respondents working across the 11 regional offices of OAG were included in the study and helped by filling the semi-structured questionnaire
