Abstract:
This paper examined the relationship between information communication and technology tools and teacher’s performance in secondary schools of Rulindo District-Rwanda. Specifically, the paper determined information communication technology tools, level of teacher’s performance and relationship between information communication and technology tools and teacher’s performance.
