Abstract:
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is uncommon cancer. However, it is the most prevalent cancer among Sabah indigenous, particularly those from Kadazan and Dusun ethnic groups. This ethnicity contributes to more than half of all nasopharyngeal cancer diagnoses between 2012 and 2016. Despite a health program and screenings, this malignancy remained steadily high among the ethnicity throughout the year.
