Abstract: The scope of waqf so far is generally understood to be limited to waqf of immovable objects such as land and buildings. Meanwhile, cash waqf began to show potential and a significant role in building the countrys economy. This study is directed at two research objectives: to identify aspects of strengthening cash waqf regulations in Indonesia, and also to analyze its potential and influence on national economic resilience.
