Abstract: Accomplice is dealt under article 16 of the Qanoon-e-Shahadat, 1984. Though term Accomplice has not been explained in the Qanoon-E- Shahadat, 1984, and generally is viewed as a person who has taken part in the commission of crime along with wrong doers. This article through light about authenticity as well as admissibility of the accomplice in the court of law. Most of the time, accomplice evidence might seem to be untrustworthy and unreliable but often it comes out as an invaluable in solving the crime and delivering justice.
