Psidium guajava (Guava) is known for its food and nutritional values. This research was carried out to determine the antimicrobial activities of the different extract of the leaves of guava. The leaves was collected and shade dry for two weeks under room temperature after which it was pulverized into fine powder. 100grams of the pulverized leaves of Psidium guajava was cold macerated in three different solvents of increasing polarities (Hexane, ethanol and water) respectively.
