Abstract:
This study investigated the difference in academic performance of public primary schools with ICT infrastructure and those without between 2008 and 2016, focusing on the ability of public primary schools, to provide quality education through the utilization of ICT skills.The researcher adopted both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
