Abstract:
Combretum molle has been used in many traditional medicines for treatment of microbial infections (diarrhea, dysentery, fever) and several inflammatory conditions (abdominal pain, headache, and toothache). This work was carried out with the aim of determining the phytochemical compounds present in the methanol extracts of the leaves; stem-bark and roots of C. molle and their biological activities in some selected microorganisms.
