Abstract: The present research work aims at identifying and proposing a machine learning based system that would effectively monitor the activities of the employees in an organization with a view to increasing the overall working time. Activity monitoring using traditional methods such as supervising and asking participants to report their activities is likely to be incomplete, unreliable and biased and hence results in massive losses in productivity.
