Abstract: Introduction: Microscopy is the simplest and the most important step in the diagnosis of infections (urinary tract, kidney, prostate), sexual transmitted infections (STI), kidney or bladder stones, hemophilia, interstitial cystitis, bacteremia with sepsis, prostatitis and parasites.
