The study examined workshop tools management techniques needed for sustaining quality vocational education in technical colleges in Rivers State. Three research questions and three hypotheses were raised and formulated respectively to guide the study. A descriptive survey research design was adopted. The population for the study was 120; which comprised 72 technical teachers and 48 workshop attendants in four technical colleges in Rivers State.
