Abstract: Microcredit has shown positive effects on poverty reduction in many countries. Considering the fact, that we faced a lack of studies about this topic in Macedonia, this paper will have a great impact on informing the researchers, institutions and society about this issue. This will affect the improvement of policies and programs for poverty reduction.
