Abstract: The increasing number of patient visits in the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Pku Muhamadiyah Hospital Bantul in 2016, impact on the number of recipes that should be served by the higher staff. This leads to long queues due to the slow service process that also affects long waiting times.
