Abstract:
The main purpose of this research was to study cybernetic modeling framework in the Isfahan Medical Sciences University administration that was in the form of three questions with regard to model indices (decision making, leadership, equilibrium) were performed. Research methods was descriptive-survey and population consisted of all faculty members of Isfahan Medical Sciences University in the 2009-2010 academic year.
