Abstract: This paper presents an experience-based traditional perspective on the healing practices preserved within the Kadamattom spiritual tradition of India. Drawing upon decades of practical observation and inherited traditional knowledge, it explores the hypothesis that Kadamattom mantras may influence psychophysiological processes, particularly those involving the hypothalamus, a major regulatory center of the human body.
