Abstract: This study examines the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) across various public schools, focusing on its effectiveness, challenges, and facilitating factors. SBM is a decentralized approach that transfers decision-making authority from central offices to individual schools, involving principals, teachers, students, and parents in key decisions related to budget, personnel, and curriculum.
