Abstract:
Half of Nepalese people are not able to feed themselves with the food they need for healthy life. This is either due to food not being available at the household or they do not have economic or physical access to buy the required amount or type of food for the nutritional requirement. The mega earthquake on 25th April 2015 and its powerful aftershock on 12th May disrupted living conditions of people in about ten districts. Thousands of people were rendered homeless.
