Abstract: The research subject on the topic of Political Influence on the International Criminal Court is defined as an analysis of the role of political factors in the functionality, independence and effectiveness of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The research included the study of the interrelationships between political actors, such as member states, international organizations and other key entities, and their interaction with the judicial processes and decision-making within the ICC.
