Abstract:
This study is conducted to check the impact of work life conflict on job satisfaction of doctors in hospitals of Pakistan. In this current study two dimensions of work life conflict were used to check relationship with job satisfaction. Those two dimensions are: Work to Family conflict and Family to Work conflict. Regression analysis was used to check the relationship between the variables. The result of this study reveals that there is a significant negative relationship between work to family interference and job satisfaction. The results have been discussed in the context of Pakistani culture.
