Abstract:
Dynamic effects of elastic foundation on the flexural motions of Bernoulli-Euler beam moving with variable velocity and under the action of an exponentially varying magnitude distributed load is studied in this present paper. The governing differential equations are solved by the method of finite sine transforms and finite difference method to obtain solutions to the fourth order partial differential equations.
