Abstract: This study examined the in vitro effects of a hot-water extract prepared from Digenea simplex (DS) in PC12 and BV2 cell models. DS powder (50 g) was extracted with distilled water (800 mL) at 120°C for 3 h, concentrated under reduced pressure, freeze-dried, and reconstituted in distilled water before use.
