Abstract:
The study sought to determine pre-service teachers appreciation for the teacher education program’s leadership roles and readiness to become teacher leaders. The study used a quantitative survey design, specifically a descriptive-correlational approach, to investigate pre-service teachers perceptions of their readiness for leadership roles in the teaching profession.
