Abstract: Ethiopia is one of Africa’s most biologically diverse countries, hosting exceptional levels of species richness and endemic due to its wide altitude range, varied climates, and complex ecosystems. National parks play a central role in conserving this biodiversity while contributing to ecosystem services, climate resilience, and national development.
