Abstract:
The research was explained the nutritive value of 3 different varieties of Dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) namely BAU1, BAU2 & BARI1. The main purpose of the research was to determine the nutrient content and to compare nutritional quality among the all varieties & help to know the amount of actual nutrition content of all varieties.
