Abstract: The present study was conducted on “Work-Family Conflict and Parental Self-efficacy of employed parents on COVID phase”. The study aimed to find out the relation between Parental self-efficacy and Work-Family conflict amidst COVID-19.The sample of present study comprised of 52 people within the age group between 25-65 years from different parts of India.
