Abstract: Hospitals are part of a health care system that provides medical, preventive, and promotional, and rehabilitation services. Medical needs are urgently needed, although the apparent effect of any discharge from the hospital is largely determined by the existing wastewater treatment system. Definition of wastewater quality will also affect the surrounding community, especially the health side of hospital waste
