Abstract:
This research study was conducted to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers working at private sector universities operating in Punjab, Pakistan, the findings of the study revealed that there exists a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of private sector university teachers.
