Abstract: This study investigates the complex relationships between religious extremism and violent conflict in Plateau State, Nigeria. A social survey design and stratified sampling technique were employed to gather data from a diverse range of participants. Data was collected through focal group discussions, in-depth interviews, and a review of judicial and research reports.
