Abstract: The job of the Armed Police Force (APF) involves tough tasks like national security, disaster response, and maintaining peace. The nature of the job demands their time and commitment which can disrupt their professional and personal lives. Further, it might impact their job satisfaction. So, a study was undertaken to assess the work-life balance and job satisfaction among APF personnel.156 participants were the part of the study. The tools used were Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction Survey.
