Abstract: Introduction: Sepsis is life-threatening organ dysfunction with a high mortality rate. Scoring systems have been widely used in predicting mortality in sepsis patients, which is influenced by many factors. Aimed of this study to determine the role of the SOFA score and APACHE II score in predicting the mortality of sepsis patients in the ICU of RSUP H. Adam Malik.
