Abstract:
Two-third of the population depends on agriculture which shares about 31% of gross domestic product (GDP) of Nepal. Although there is huge potential of vegetable cultivation in Nepal however post-harvest losses of vegetable negatively affects the economy of Nepalese agriculture.
