One of the keys to success in implementing CSR that is able to empower the community is the involvement of all stakeholders in the implementation of CSR programs. Such involvement is not only from the community as an object as well as the subject of the program, but also from the government, other companies, as well as regional organizations and at the grassroots level. This study will describe the capability of the company as the main stakeholder in collaboration between stakeholders on the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
