Abstract:
This article puts a limelight on the pro’s and con’s of performance appraisal. It stresses on what is performance appraisal is about? What can be done to improve performance evaluation sessions? What are the expectations of employees in an organization when such achievement measuring sessions are conducted? How do some managers behave during such discussions?
