Abstract: In this paper, we introduced and studied a new kind of generalized closed set called τ_1 τ_2-gso-closed sets in bitopological Space (X,τ_1,τ_2). A subset A of a bitopological spaces X is called a τ_1 τ_2-gso-closed set if A is both τ_1 τ_2-g-closed set and τ_1 τ_2-semi-open set in X. The properties of the τ_1 τ_2-gso-closed sets are investigated, and they are compared with the existing relevant generalized closed sets.
