Abstract:
Health technology, particularly biomedical equipment, is crucial for delivering quality healthcare services. However, in under-resourced areas like Sri Lanka, the selection and management of biomedical equipment often lack the necessary structured mechanisms and policies seen in developed countries. To address these gaps, a comprehensive need assessment and prioritization approach is essential.
