The digital transformation of healthcare has revolutionized how clinical professionals and administrators work, bringing extraordinary efficiency and accessibility to patient care. However, this technological advancement has added new occupational risks, especially the improved exposure to blue mild from digital monitors. Healthcare practitioners and administrators now spend substantial portions of their workday interacting with electronic fitness statistics (EHRs), digital imaging systems, and numerous administrative structures. This extended display screen time has raised worries approximately the potential health implications of prolonged blue light publicity.
