Abstract:
Several office building constructions within BPJS Ketenagakerjaan during the last 5 (five) years have experienced delays in project completion. The delay is because the process of controlling the construction of office buildings has yet to be developed based on risk. The method uses gap and qualitative risk analysis to determine the dominant risks during the construction life cycle and develop them with risk management based on PMBOK 6th edition.
